Catering Business Hours

Regular catering business hours are 7:30am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday.



Ordering Deadlines

Advance notice of (7) to (10) business days is appreciated for all catered events to ensure we provide quality service for your event. To ensure availability of service and menu items we require at least (72) business hours of advance notice. For last-minute catering requests please contact the catering department directly, and we will do our best to accommodate you. A last-minute order fee of $50 will be added to all orders placed within (72) business hours of the event.


A minimum of (5) business days is required for events of (75) guests or more. A minimum of (7) business days is required for custom menus and plated/served meals. Due to current supply chain issues we cannot guarantee the exact product ordered will be available on the date of your event. We will do our best to substitute with similar product that is available.

 



Minimum Order and Delivery Fee

There is an order minimum of $100. A delivery charge of $25 will be added to all orders not reaching a $100 minimum.


Administrative Fee

There will be a 10% administrative fee added to the entirety of your net catering order.

After Hours Fee

There will be a $75 fee added to all orders outside of normal business hours.


Cancellation Fee

Clients are responsible for paying 50 percent of the total invoice for any orders canceled within 48-24 business hours of the event. Clients are responsible for paying 100 percent of the total invoice for any orders canceled within 24 business hours of the event.



Payment Options

We accept credit cards or house accounts. Payment information must be submitted to confirm your order.



Service Ware

Heavy duty paper ware and plastic utensils are included in the price of your menu. Heavy duty plastic ware plates and cups can be provided for an additional fee of $1.50 per person. Bamboo disposables can be provided for an additional $2.50 per person and require one week minimum notice. Upscale events requiring china, silverware and glassware will require an outside rental company, in this case, the client will incur all costs and subject to availability. To-Go Boxes and food packaging are available at an additional fee. Please speak to your catering manager if you want these services added to your order. 



Linen

For linen needed for client tables, such as guest seating or information tables, etc. it is available to rent at $5.50 per linen. Linen napkins for sit down meals are available to rent at $1.00 per napkin. Additional colors at this price are subject to our vendors availability. Specialty linen can be rented for your event at the market price and the client will incur all cost and subject to availability.



Event Staff

Bon Appétit is pleased to offer a variety of service styles for all catering events. The current menu pricing reflects a casual drop and go style of service and includes all disposable and paper products. If hot or plated food is being served a server may be required to switch out hot food items based on guest count. Your catering manager will recommend the appropriate staffing depending on the size and scope of your event request.

Labor cost is $32 per hour per server during regular business hours. Catering events that start before 7:30 am or start or continue after 3:30 pm require after hours labor at $40 per hour per server. Contract Labor starts at $40 per hour per staff with a minimum (5) hours required. IF AN EVENT SUPERVISOR IS REQUIRED, THEY WILL BE CHARGED AT A RATE OF $50 PER HOUR.

 



Staffing Guidelines

 

Buffet lunch or dinner (1) Server for every (25) guests for parties with more than (40) guests VIP Service (1) Server for every (10) guests Reception Style Service (1) Server for every (30) guests

 



Alcohol

Events with beer/wine service require labor at premium labor rates of $40 per hour per bartender and the purchase of a non-refundable permit to serve alcohol and a $300 permit fee. Permits require a minimum of (5) weeks advance notice to obtain.



Equipment Rentals

A perfectly styled event sometimes requires additional equipment rentals. Please give us at least one-week advance notice to meet our vendor ordering and delivery timelines. Equipment is subject to availability. Pricing is based on current market prices for the equipment requested.
